Little White Lies

The Guardian referred to Little White Lies as “the best-designed film magazine on the shelf.” They were not wrong. Since its inception, the publication has produced some of the most visually dazzling print design, accompanied by some of the most insightful writing on cinema.

Issue 65 features a profile and interview with the Danish film director, and purveyor of stylised cinematic violence, Nicolas Winding Refn. There are also interviews with Jeff Goldblum and Natalie Portman, among others; articles on how fashion is depicted in the movies; an insight into the seedy, literary cult classic Last Exit to Brooklyn; and the usual truckload of film reviews, which, in our opinion, are often some of the only reviews consistently worth reading.
